All data you enter—client demographics, health goals, and preferences—is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and stored on our AWS servers under our signed HIPAA BAA. We never share your data with third parties, and it’s used solely for generating meal plans.

How many meal plans can I generate each month?

Accepted Answer

That depends on your subscription tier: Basic: Up to 5 plans/mo, Pro: Up to 15 plans/mo, Elite: Up to 30 plans/mo. If you hit your limit, simply upgrade to the next tier for more. Unused plans do not roll over.

Can I customize a meal plan after downloading the PDF?

Yes—each PDF includes editable fields (if you open it in Acrobat or another PDF editor). You can tweak meals, swap ingredients, or adjust macros before printing or sharing.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You’ll retain access to any plans you’ve already generated, and your account will remain active through the end of your billing cycle. After that date, Form access and plan generation will be disabled until you re-subscribe.

Are the meal plans clinically vetted?

Accepted Answer

Our AI uses the latest Dietary Guidelines and peer-reviewed nutrition research to inform its suggestions. However, these plans are tools—we recommend reviewing each plan against your clinical judgment before prescribing to clients.

Question 6

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or change my payment method?

Accepted Answer

Visit your Account Settings → Subscription page. From there you can switch tiers, update your credit card on file, or change billing frequency.

I forgot my password—how do I reset it?

Accepted Answer

On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”, enter your email, and you’ll receive a secure reset link. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
